General Provisions

This Privacy Agreement is formulated in accordance with global data protection laws and digital service compliance standards, aiming to standardize the data processing behaviors of Mirath (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), a dedicated landscape check-in diary application. This agreement clarifies the rules of data collection, storage, utilization, protection, sharing and modification, and defines the rights, obligations and risk liabilities of both the service operator and registered end users.

All behaviors such as accessing the application, registering personal accounts, uploading landscape photos, editing diary texts and browsing check-in records shall be deemed as voluntary acceptance of all clauses of this agreement. If users disagree with any stipulated terms, they must stop using the Service immediately.

 

Article 1: User Access Rules

Considering the private attributes of personalized travel diaries and landscape check-in content, the Service explicitly sets age access restrictions. All functional modules of Mirath, including content uploading, diary editing, data storage and record query, are only open to users who have reached the age of 18 and have complete civil capacity within their applicable jurisdiction.

Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering accounts and using any functions of this application. The Service does not develop functional modules suitable for minors, and we will never actively collect, store or analyze any personal data belonging to underage groups. Once underage unauthorized access is detected through system identification or user feedback, the operator has the right to freeze the corresponding user account, erase all stored check-in content and permanently ban the associated device without prior notice.

Legal guardians who find minors illegally using this application may submit data deletion and account cancellation applications via the official contact email, and the operator will complete all processing procedures within 48 hours.

 

Article 2: Service Description

Mirath is a private-oriented landscape check-in and travel diary recording tool, focusing on meeting users’ needs for recording travel scenery, collecting beautiful views and documenting emotional insights. The core services provided by the application cover the following contents for personal non-commercial use only:

 Support users to upload various types of landscape photos, outdoor snapshots and scenery shooting materials taken by users;

 Provide independent diary editing entries for users to record travel perceptions, scenic introductions and daily emotional notes matched with landscape pictures;

 Realize long-term persistent storage of landscape photos and matching diary texts, and support users to view, edit and manage historical check-in records at any time;

 Offer basic content sorting functions to help users classify and archive scenery check-in diaries by time or scene.

 

Article 3: Data Collection Specifications

The operator adheres to the "necessary collection only" principle, refuses blind and excessive data collection, and never collects users’ sensitive private information including real-time geographic location, contact list, biometric information, payment data and social account information. The data generated and collected during the user’s use of the service is divided into two categories:

3.1 User Created Check-In Content

It refers to all original landscape photos uploaded by users and all text diary content independently edited by users. This type of data belongs to user private assets, and is only invoked to complete the content storage and management functions required by users. The operator will not actively browse, copy or analyze users’ private diary content without explicit authorization.

3.2 Anonymous Application Running Data

Non-identifiable statistical data automatically generated during the operation of the application, including functional access frequency, system running anomaly logs, page stay data and anonymized device basic information. This data cannot be used to locate specific individual users and is only used for internal application debugging and experience optimization.

 

Article 4: Scope of Data Usage

All collected user data shall not be used beyond the agreed scope, and shall not be used for irrelevant commercial marketing activities. The legal usage scope of data is limited to the following four aspects:

1. Basic Service Delivery: Store users’ landscape pictures and diary texts, realize content editing, query and classification management to meet users’ daily scenery recording needs;

2. Application Performance Optimization: Analyze anonymous running data to fix program bugs, optimize content storage efficiency and accelerate the loading speed of historical check-in records;

3. Potential Risk Prevention: Screen illegal and inappropriate content uploaded by users to maintain a safe and compliant service environment;

4. User Problem Handling: Respond to users’ functional feedback, usage doubts and service complaints submitted through the official email channel.

 

Article 5: Data Storage & Security Guarantee

5.1 Storage Method and Term

All private check-in content including landscape photos and diary texts is stored locally on the user’s mobile terminal by default. The application does not enable mandatory cloud synchronization functions. Users independently own and control all created content, and can delete or modify stored diary and photo resources at any time.

Anonymous running data stored on encrypted cloud servers will be automatically shredded and deleted 45 days after collection to avoid long-term accumulation of invalid data and reduce data leakage risks.

5.2 Security Protection Measures

The Service adopts encrypted independent storage partitions to isolate user private check-in content from other third-party applications, effectively preventing unauthorized access and data theft. Cloud-side anonymous statistical data is protected by multiple encryption algorithms and access whitelist mechanisms to ensure data storage security in all links.

 

Article 6: Data Sharing and External Disclosure

The operator promises to keep users’ private check-in content strictly confidential. Under any daily operation circumstances, the Service will never sell, rent, trade or publicly disclose users’ landscape photos and diary texts to any third-party enterprises, social organizations and unrelated individuals.

Data disclosure is only permitted under the following three exceptional compliance scenarios:

 The user actively issues written or electronic explicit authorization to allow the operator to share designated content;

 The operator receives enforceable legal documents issued by judicial organs and administrative supervision departments;

 It is necessary to disclose partial anonymous data to eliminate network security risks and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the platform and all users.

 

Article 7: User Rights and Corresponding Obligations

7.1 User Enjoyable Rights

Eligible adult users have the right to independently view, revise and delete all stored landscape check-in diaries and photos; have the right to close the collection of anonymous running data through device permission settings; have the right to consult detailed data processing rules by sending emails to the official support address.

7.2 User Binding Obligations

Users shall guarantee that all uploaded photos and edited diary content have legal ownership and usage rights. It is forbidden to upload violent, pornographic, infringing, illegal and other bad information. Users shall bear all legal liabilities and compensation losses arising from violation of this clause independently.

 

Article 8: Agreement Update and Contact Mechanism

The service operator reserves the right to adjust and update the clauses of this privacy agreement according to product function iteration and changes in relevant national laws and regulations. The updated agreement will be displayed inside the application with the latest update date marked. Users’ continued use of the landscape check-in diary service after the update shall be regarded as acceptance of the revised agreement.
